Question about LG Cell Phones
I would try removing the battery from the phone while the phone is still on....leave it out for 30 - 60 seconds, then put it back in and power up. If you're able to get a signal, dial *228 send, and choose option 1 for Over the Air programming. If that doesn't work, call Verizon Wireless Customer Service from a landline or other phone besides your Voyager, and they can let you know if there's any network issues in your area, as well as verifying other service/equipment related possibilities. Best of luck!

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
