I have a uniden analog scanner and I want ot put in the codes (that I can't find) for Henrico County, Virginia? Also, they are on a digital system. So, I need the codes and instruction on how to...

Henrico County Virginia are operating on Digital Frequencies (854 to 868MHz) as detailed at the link below so as yours is only an Analogue Scanner (25 to 512MHz) you can't listen to their Frequencies.

http://www.radioreference.com/ is the absolute best source there is.

Go there, and click "Database" in the top nav-bar. It will guide you through picking your state and county, or you can enter your ZIP code to pick your location. Once there, it will have tons of frequencies for anything that's publicly available in your area.
