Question about HP LaserJet 2100 Printer
I did what it said i put the door back but now i get the door is open message
Open up the printer and remove the cartridge.
next, lift up the metal flap (you shopuld see a note on the flap to this affect) to remove the paper "stuck" in the printer.
If there is a sheet of paper still lodged in the exit path, remove this by pulling it out from the back of the printer.
Insert the cartridge back into the printer remembering to put the metal flap back down into its original position first.
Turn off the printer using the on/off switch at the side of the printer.
Wait about 15 to 20 seconds and then turn it back on again. Printer will now start again and should resume printing again from the point where the paper got jamed.
