Question about Amana 24 in. ADB2500AW Built-in Dishwasher
After renovation in my kitchen (and re-installation of dishwasher) I noticed that dishwasher door falls almost free. I looked at the door spring, and, sure enough, found was not connected. Also, I found a nylon cable on the floor… Now I am puzzled how to connect it all back.
Any support is appreciated.
The nylon cord is part of the door spring mechanism. One end hooks over a tounge at the bottom of the door, then the cord goes around a pully at the bottom, then hooks onto the spring. If the other sides spring is still attached, duplicate it.
