Question about HP Deskjet 6940 InkJet Printer
My HP Deskjet 6940 ran out of ink and I replaced it, like normal, and it still won't print. I've tried everything I could think of. Please help.
Due to shiaty design, it is easy to accidentaly puncture the printed circuit with the sharp end of the retention spring while inserting a new cartridge. Use a flashlight too look at the white/copper sheet the cartridge makes contact with and look for a puncture (probably near the lower right side.)

Alcohol swab on the connection for the cartridge.
