How we can change os language - Computers & Internet

Good Day,
When systems are being loaded/installed with an Operating System, there is always an option to selected the Language to be used and the Keyboard Language, after these are done I don't think there is a way to change the Language.
But there is a way out, if you can get a Bootable CD, a disc that loads an operating system (OS) on a PC, you can use it to upgrade or install the OS on your PC. While doing this you can be able to change your Language.

during the installation of O.S it ask for the language of your preference.so if u want to change the language so u have to reinstall the O.S on the system.

If you are using windows then

1. Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clickingControl Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.
   

2. Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.
   

3. Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.
   

1 Turn on your HTC Touch. Touch "Start" on your Home screen. Touch "Settings."

2 Touch System > Regional Settings. Select the proper region for the language you desire. Touch "OK" when prompted and "Exit."

3 Confirm your selection has taken effect by checking the language of any menu item from the Start screen. Your selections should be in the language you chose.

But base on the HTC website if you want to change the language of your OS you may refer to there disclaimer: The PDA phone's OS language may not be changed according to HTC agreement with Microsoft. It is therefore important that you specify your preferred OS language when you purchase your device.

put Os cd or dvd into dvd\cd drive.
go into controll panel.
choose region and language ( the globe picture)
choose language tab.
you can change display and keyboard language of your OS.

If you need to change the OSD language for the monitor, press Menu (the rest of the buttons will light). Then press Main Menu and select Advanced (it is the second from the bottom) Press Choose and then Select. The line to change the language, go to the second line (from the top), use the Adjust button to scroll through the available languages. Press Back to return to a previous menu; press Menu Off to exit.

If the language change was in the OS of the computer, it will depend on OS. In Windows, the Control Panel is the starting place. Then Clock, Language, and Region. The Region and Language area will have a keyboard language and display language (if multiple languages are installed) tabs in Win7. (The older versions of Windows are similar.)

Where do you want it changed? In your OS? THis choice is made s\during the OS's installation.

GOTO CONTROL PANEL-DATE,TIME LANGUAGES,-REGIONAL AND LANGUAGES-IN REGIONAL OPTIONS TAB USE THE "ENGLISH(UNITED STATES) CLICK APPLY AND THEN OK.

Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Option

Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.

Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.

(If you don't see the list of display languages, you need to install additional language files first. You do this from the Vista Install CD.)

It's just a matter of changing the OS (or the firmware)... each OS version has a language pack and you can't add or remove a single language or even a language pack... You have to change the OS, but to do this you have to buy a data cable, there are some technicians who can do the whole thing for the same money that you would spend on a cable... about $25-$30
