Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
Hi there, Please turn off your psp. Before it turns on please hold on "R button". After that you will see a black screen. Please choose configuration, then choose "VSH MENU" (it should be enabled). Choose exit afterwards. Automatically your psp will reset. It will reboot.
From then you can have your psp reset anytime your psp was on. Simply push "select button" and choose reset. That's it!

I'm not sure it this will help, but try this:
First shut off the psp and not on standby. Then when the PSP is off, press and hold down the L and R botton and turn on the PSP at the same time. The PSP should go to the recovery menu. Their you can try to reset the PSP. Like I said, not sure if it will work with yours.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
