I just got my system today. All the speakers are working, except the sub-woofer. Any ideas what could be wrong (if not DoA)?

Did you connect power to the sub-woofer? Most subs have their own amplifier. Just check if there is also an on / off switch on the sub.

Sound only coming from 3 of 6 speakers

A 5.1 sound card will give output in all channels only if the audio being played is also 5.1.

Normally out of 6 Speakers only 2 front and sub woofer will play sound, in case of a DVD or Movie which has 5.1 encoding, all 5 will come alive.

Also, Dolby Prologic II and Dolby Digital will convert a 2 channel input into psudo 5.1 enviornment but Dolby has to be in hardware or speakers or Receiver.

Only one small speaker is working, it works from left or right outlet, bass isn't working and the other small speaker isn't working. What could be wrong

Your main board located inside the sub woofer that controls and separates the sound
has lost it's ability to switch the sound. You will either have to buy a new speaker system or call the manufacturer to see where a service center for you speaker unit is near you for repair.
This also can be a bad volume control knob either way it will need to be serviced.

My speakers only work one at a time...

Check you have plugged them into the correct socket on the back of the PC ..

Chances are you have 3 sockets - first = 'front' (or pair), middle = 'back' (for 4+ speaker sets) and last = 'center & sub-woofer' ..

Sounds like you have plugged into the 'center & sub-woofer' socket :-)

Sub Woofer Stopped working

You know what happened to mine?

I tried to shove it behind a five-drawer file cabinet and managed to crack the circuit board inside because the power cable torqued the socket inside.

I was able to shove a tiny piece of 14-gauge wire inside and bridge the disconnect between the solder joint of the center lead and one of the metal terminals of the switch; now my speakers are working again!
