You need to take off the main battery as well and leave the BIOS battery out for at lease 1/2 + hour for the BIOS to discharge and reset.
Then reconnect the Bios battery, plug in the power adapter, but not the main battery yet, power up the laptop and configure the BIOS settings/date etc. After it reboots you can now insert the main battery.

Try this - Key Disk for Toshiba laptops

Some Toshiba notebooks allow to bypass BIOS by inserting a "key-disk"
in the floppy disk drive while booting. To create a Toshiba Keydisk,
take a 720Kb or 1.44Mb floppy disk, format it (if it's not formatted
yet), then use a hex editor such as Hex Workshop to change the first
five bytes of the second sector (the one after the boot sector) and set
them to 4B 45 59 00 00 (note that the first three bytes are the ASCII
for "KEY" :) followed by two zeroes). Once you have created the key
disk put it into the notebook's drive and turn it on, then push the
reset button and when asked for password, press Enter. You will be
asked to Set Password again. Press Y and Enter. You'll enter the BIOS
configuration where you can set a new password.

Need to clear bios password on qosmio g-35 av600 cannot load recovery disks unless i can enter bios password

Laptops can be quite tricky to clear out. Only thing I can do is tell you to unplug the laptop. Remove the battery. Try to turn it on for about 10 seconds repeatedly ( this drains latent power from the main board) Put the battery back in, plug it in and give it a whirl. Hopefully that will be enough to clear the bios.

Toshiba G35 bios password

Read my instructions here to reset the BIOS password: http://www.fixya.com/support/r7229632-reset_or_remove_bios_password

Before you proceed please be aware that most Toshiba laptops have the CMOS battery soldered to the motherboard and you will need a soldering kit to remove it and put it back.

I lost the bios of my toshiba G30 qosmi now it gives me only black screen there is no boot at all ...how i can rest the bios back again is there is any manual way to rest it ?

To reset the BIOS password you need to open your laptop to get the battery. Remove first the keyboard and screw the open the back cover of your laptop. You can see there a battery like the battery of a clock but it too large. Remove it for almost 1 seconds and put it back
If the BIOS password have there you need to hook up the CMOS jamper.

The recovery disk provided when purchased are FAIL. You have to purchase working disk from Toshiba for 30.00 plus shipping. I think this is bogus but they won't budge.

Qosmio uses bios setting to configure the raid type for the HDD set up. this is not dependant on have two HDDs in you laptop. When bootining the laptop enter the bios setup F2 (I think not on a toshiba right now) check and reset the raid configuration for the drives. I am asuming you are using the origional recovery disks for your qosmio. If not you need to aquire a usb floppydrive and the raid drivers for you laptop iin order to install windows of any kind on this laptop.
