Check again there maybe more than one relay and possibly a capacitor

Not a relay but a resistor pack, and it should be mounted in the heater case, close to the blower motor-follow the wires from the blower motor back to the resistor pack. Unplug the connector and remove the screws holding the pack to the case, to remove and replace.

You need to replace the brake light switch, it is located above the brake pedal and is actuated by the brake pedal arm.

Go to kragen.com to find the replacement part. It will show a picture. It is usually located behind the glovebox and the heads of the bolts that hold it in are looking right down at the floorboard. In other words it is easy to get to. Don't forget to have the ignition switched off and disconnect the blower power wires before you remove it. You don't want to damage the connector. Best of luck!

That sounds like you have bad connection to the blower motor or the speed control resistor or the blower motor itself.
If the motor does not run with the heat control at maximum then your blower has worn out brushes, which needs replacing, may be easier to get a blower motor from a breakers yard and replace the whole blower assembly. Check the ocnnectors first.

Your blower motor is gone.Replace it with new one.Also blower motor resistor is fried but it will come with new part that you purchase.

There are 2 fuse boxes on a Geo Prizm. One is located in the interior of the car, on the drivers side, on the side of the dash, near the door. The other is located on the drivers side underneath the hood.

the heater blower motor is run through two fuses. the gauge fuse in fuse block 1 and the ac fuse in fuse block 4.

I MOVE THE FUSE AROUND INSIDE THE CAR LAST NIGHT.....THIS MORNING THE CAR WOULD NOT CRANK ....LIGHTS ,HORN IS GOOD....THIS IS ON A 84 GEO PRIZM....
