Question about Reddy Heater-170,000 BTU Kerosene Deluxe
If you are using diesel #1 or #2 you hve to change the filter for the fuel line once every 50 hours of use.i have had the same problem over the years.with kerosene you need to change once a year.

One of two things, a high heat limit control or the flame sensor, also check your air line that runs to the heater nozzle could be cracked, not enoughair to fuel mix will make it burn dirty.
