I posted the problems below the other day and you asked me if I did the updates from the Adobe site. I did do the update prior to sending you the original email and before I sent this email I tried the update again, but I am still having the same problem. You also asked if my drop downs and pop-ups were in the same folder as the project and the answer is yes. I really appreciate you taking the time to try to help me.

I have created several projects in RoboInfo and I have just encountered this problem and I am not sure how to fix it. I have several drop downs that I use within my projects as well as pop ups. When I am in RoboInfo and go to view page I can view the drop downs and pop ups however, when I generate the project I am not able to view the pop ups or drop downs. When the projects are published both pop ups and drop downs seem to work with the exception of one of my them. I am also not able to delete any of the URLS in my projects that I am not using. Can you please help me with these two problems I am not sure where else to look.

BB Have you checked the Adobe site for product updates/ugrades?

Do the update and see if your problems still happen.
Just thinking...What is the folder location of the dropdown and popups? are they in the same folder as the project? Get back to me if you still have issues. Thanks

There has to be something in the code that is keeping it from working properly. Considering the end result is viewable something in the middle is pointing the wrong direction. Can you view the source? Check that the file locations match throughout the project.

I was also thinking you may uninstall the program, turn off any antivirus programs and spyware programs. Firewall could be left active but, I would shut it down for the install. Reinstall the program and apply any updates

Again, let me know what happens.

I still checking something else.
