My first suggestion is that you completely remove the software, disconnect the printer and start again. If that fails then just buy another as its most likely gone duff on you and they are not repairable

Finding Drivers for HP's Officejet 6000 Wireless Printer

Now if you just purchased a new retail version of the HP Officeje 6000 Wireless printer, it likely came with a compact disc with the driver installed. However, if for some reason, you've lost it or picked up the Officejet 6000 Wireless Printer used and without the drivers, this article will tell you where to find the correct drivers.
First, let's try the manufacturer's website. Most computer hardware peripheral product drivers can be found directly on the manufacturer's website. So let's check that out. First, go to www.hp.com, then, on the top of the page near the center we're going to click on where it says, "support and drivers", next, we're going to choose the "Download drivers and software (and firmware)" option and click on that dot to choose it. Then where it says, "Enter a product name/number", type "Officejet 6000 Wireless" and click "go". Now we see a screen where it lists most of the current computer operating systems. Windows xp, Windows Vista, and the new Windows 7 are among them. Assuming you are aware of what operating system you have, find your operating system and click on it. (If you don't know, it is explained how to find out what operating system you're running below) You'll now see a list of drivers. My suggestion would be to choose the full feature software and driver. You'll have the choice of an English language only version or multiple languages. Choose the one that you want.
Now you'll see a user agreement that you may read if you wish and the file itself at the top of the page. Click on the file following the words..."File name". Pay attention to where it is saved to. After it's finished downloading, find the file, double click on the file and go through the self explanatory installation.
Now let's find out what operating system you have on your PC.
If you are unaware what operating system you are using, here's how you find out. On your Windows PC, click the "start" menu on the bottom left corner of your computer screen. Choose "Control Panel". If your view is in the "category view", click on "performance and maintenance", and then click "system". Your system properties should pop up. Click on the "General" tab at the top of the window if it's not already selected. On the top where it says, "System" your operating system should be listed. If you view your control panel in the "classic view" choose the "system" icon and the identical information will appear.
So do you have it all installed? How's your new printer working? Hopefully, you're in the midst of a printing frenzy. If you're having any trouble at all, feel free to contact HP technical support. In the USA, you can call them twenty four hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-HP invent. When you call, have your printer's Serial Number (S/N), product name, model number, and a description of what's wrong..
Good luck and don't worry. We'll have you up and printing in no time.

Can you send the prpper driver for hp officejet 4355 all in one inkjet.

Good Morning, Sathishemk45:

Please tell me what your operating system is, and where you are.

If your computer runs Windows 7, the driver is already aboard. Click the Start button, go to Control Panel, click Printers, and click Add a Printer from the service bar near the top of the window. You will be asked whether you are installing a printer directly connected to your computer, or if you are setting up a printer for a network. Then you will be asked to choose the usual printer port LPT1, or a new port. Select Existing Port, LPT1, if this is the only printer on your computer. A new window appears, which lists all of the drivers that are included with the operating system software on your computer. Select HP for Hewlett Packard in the left window. The list of included drivers appears in the right window. Scroll down to OfficeJet, and double-click 4300 Series. Name your printer, and click next. The system will now attempt to detect a printer, so have your connections secured.

It should take between 1 and 3 minutes, depending on the speed of your system. Save your work, and exit from any other programs you are using, so that the computer can restart and activate the printer software.

I hope this was able to help you. Good Printing.

A full feature software and driver package for Windows 7 is not available for your product. However, the Windows 7 operating system installed on your computer contains a basic driver solution for your product. With the basic driver, some of the advanced product features are not available. You can print from a software program, and import and view images on a memory card, if your product has a memory card slot. With this basic driver, the buttons on the product do not function and some of the advanced product features are not available. How to Scan a Document in Windows 7 By Greg Harvey The Windows Fax and Scan utility enables you to scan documents and pictures. Before you can scan documents and pictures, you must have a scanner installed on your computer. Your scanner must be listed in the Devices section of the Devices and Printers Control Panel window.

To check to see if your scanner is properly installed, open the Device Stage. Choose Start?Devices and Printers. If Windows doesn't automatically find your scanner, you can manually add it in the Devices and Printers window by clicking the Add a Device button in the toolbar and following the wizard's commands.

  1. Choose Start?All Programs?Windows Fax and Scan.

Windows 7 opens the Windows Fax and Scan window.

  2. Click the Scan button in the Navigation pane, then click the New Scan button on the toolbar.

The New Scan dialog box for your scanner opens.

  3. Use the settings on the right to describe your scan.

By letting the computer know what you're scanning, its color profile, and the type of file you plan to create, you enable Windows Fax and Scan to create the highest quality scan.

  4. Click the Preview button to see what your document will look like.

    Make any last minute changes.

  5. If you're happy with the preview, click the Scan button.

Windows scans the document and presents you with an image of your document.

  6. Click the Save As button and complete the necessary information.

Enter the filename, the type of graphics file you want saved, and then click the Save button.

To automatically forward the document you've just scanned as an attachment to a new fax message, click the Forward as Fax button.

The scan feature in the Windows Fax and Scan utility is set primarily to scan text documents. If you want to scan a photograph or other graphic, you're better off doing that directly within the Windows Live Photo Gallery.

Hello, HP's printer technicians screwed up my new

That's pretty crazy! I would have told you to turn the printer off, and unplug it from power. Same thing with the computer. Then follow a few basic procedures.

Better grab a cup of coffee, this is going to be a long one.

I have no idea what changes, the 'tech' implemented on your computer. Would have to undo what the 'tech' did step by step.

I do know one thing, however. Using the Restoration Disk/s, is not going to fix Adobe CS4.

We'll have to go step by step. I can only guide you if you have Windows Vista. (The HP Pavilion Elite e9180t is also offered with Windows 7)

Ready?

Printer:

Printer off, unplugged from power. USB cable unplugged from computer side.

You need to go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs.
(Left-click on the Windows start button, then click on Control Panel. In Control Panel click on Add/Remove Programs)

When Add/Remove Programs loads, find the HP OfficeJet software listed. Go to the right, and left-click on Remove.

If it asks, 'Do you wish to restart your computer?', the answer is NO.
Close Add/Remove Programs. Close Control Panel. Go back to your desktop screen.
Shut your computer down normally.

Unplug the computer from power. Press the Power On button in, and hold it in for a count of at least Five seconds. Let go of the Power On button.
Do this procedure two more times.

What you are doing is clearing CMOS Error Codes, and resetting BIOS back to the factory default settings. (No, do not take the CMOS battery out)

Now plug the computer back into power. WAIT 1 minute. Turn the computer on. Let Windows load all the way.

Install the installation CD for the OfficeJet printer, into your DVD drive. Install the software. If it asks you to restart your computer, go ahead, and do so.

After Windows has fully loaded again, plug the USB cable of the printer into the computer. Turn the printer on. You should get a message out of your system tray.
'Found New Hardware', and perhaps another one,
'Found Officejet printer'.

You should now have your printer back online.

Quicktime:
Go to Add/Remove Programs, Click on Change.
In the options given, click on Repair.
If this doesn't do it, go back to Add/Remove Programs, and - Remove, Quicktime. Now go to Apple - Quicktime - Download, and download the newest version for Windows Vista.

(If you need help with this, let me know)

Will add more in additional comments section.

Ok first check if the printer is already shared, then try opening PRINTERS and FAXES, then click on ADD PRINTER, on the wizard choose the option A NETWORK PRINTER, OR PRINTER ATTACHED TO ANOTHER COMPUTER, click on next the choose the option BROWSE FOR A PRINTER, click on next then you should see your Workgroup Click on it and Choose the Name of the Server or PC in which the printer is attached click on next you will be automatically prompted just choose YES and the software drivers should be automatically installed to your system. Afterwards, go to PRINTERS and FAXES again once you see the printer right-click and set to default printer.

My printer is an hp officejet 5510 all-in-one. It copies when I put something on the glass, but it will not copy from the computer. What do I have to do to make it work?

HP printers come with a software suite that enables the computer to control the printer. You will need to open the HP Advisor program that is on your machine, and then choose the appropriate action from the window that pops up. If you have further issues, don't be hesitant to post back.
