Question about Toshiba e-Studio 232 Black and White Copier

Copier malfunction When switching on the Copier, the only thing that is visible is the display of the Copier on the screen, nothing appears beyond that. We need assistance as to how this can be fixed.

You either have a bad hard drive and/or you will need to reload the firmware.

If your copier is Dialta 250 reset the malfunction code.
Push the warm restart switch located on the right side to control panel in area of display contrast knob(hole) and enter "3" from the 10-key pad when " * " appears at the center on the left side of the screen while the start up screenis being displayed.Select the trouble reset and touch exit.

Di351 code 510 call technician copier will not run

In the right side the display is located 2 buttons :
one for display contrast and one hole to warm restart switch.
Press the the warm restart switch enter "3" from the 10 key pad when "." appears at the center on the left side of the screen whilw the start up screen is being displayed.Select the particular initial mode function to be set.In your case TROUBLE reset.Touch EXIT on the initial mode screen to go back to the basic screen.

My canon copier No. 3200N gave me an error code E000003-0001 with a beep sound and goes off within a minute What is the problem? How I solve the problem?

Hello Info,
I can help you clear the code. The code means that the fixing/fusing assembly has a problem. This assembly uses high heat and pressure to bond the toner to the paper as the paper passes thru. I'm sure you've noticed the warmth of a stack of copies when you pull them out. The temperature is monitored VERY closely for safety reasons and the slightest variation will cause the copier to give many different error codes depending on if the temperature is too high or too low or if the copier senses a sudden change either way. A power surge or any type or changes in the power in your building can also cause this so we may get lucky and reset the code and all will be well as it was just a momentary thing. Ok, locate the "additional functions button" located to the right of the display. In a fluid , 3 step process, press additional functions and release, now the numbers 2&8 at the same time and release, press additional functions again and realease. So thats a 1-2-3 fluid sequence. You may have to practice this a time or two.This will get you into service mode.When you have suceeded the display will have changed. You will see a menu and one of the items displayed will say COPIER. Select it. Now a new screen appears with many items. Look at the top of the screen and you will see several tabs,select FUNCTION. Now the main screen will have a bunch of **** on it but locate the CLEAR tab and select it.The screen will change again and display many things. Locate CLEAR and select it. The screen changes again. Locate ERR and select it. You have now told the copier that you want to clear the error. Now that ERR is highlighted press the OK button located at the lower right corner of the display. You have cleared the error but we need to power off the machine. Not by the power button on the operator control panel, but the main power switch located on the right side of the copier toward the rear about halfway down.If you cant find it you can just unplug the copier. Whichever method you use, wait a few seconds and power the copier back up. Now one of 3 things will occur.The copier will reboot, warm up, and the code will return.Or it will reboot and come to READY and when you start making copies the code will return. OR >>>>>>>> You get a READY and the copier works fine!!!! I hope that is the case. If the error returns you will need a tech to come out and replace the fixing assembly.I wish you the best. Hi levin,
This code means that your finisher (stapler/sorter) had a problem moving the output tray(S) up and down. This can be for many simple reasons.Make sure that there is nothing obstructing the movement of the finisher output trays. Nothing stored below the output trays. Once we are sure that nothing could possibly be in the way of the finisher trays moving up and down we can proceed to reset the code. First, locate the "additional functions" button located to the right of the display. To me it looks like a cross between a human head and the " *" button. Press it.You will see a menu of tabs.The top left should say common settings. Press it and use the arrow button at the bottom of the screen and scroll down till you see "Limited Functions" mode. It's normal state is OFF, but you will probably see that it is "ON". Select the limited functions tab and this will bring up a new menu that has an on or off tab. We don't want it on so please select off and then press the"OK" button located at the lower right corner of the screen. Now hit done/exit/reset...whatever it takes to back out to the main screen. Now,on the panel locate POWER button located at the upper right corner of the panel.To properly shut your device down, you must go to the power button and PRESS IT AND HOLD IT DOWN for 3 to 5 seconds and you will see the shut down screen appear.Follow the instructions on the screen as you are properly shutting down the device. If for some reason this does not move smoothly and logically then you can (if you have to) just hard power off the device using the power switch located on the right rear side of of the device, slightly below the halfway down portion of the device. Either way, this will ultimately be how you power off the device which is what you will need to do. Wait a few seconds and then switch the power back on. One of the first things the copier will do is energize the finisher and the finisher will lower it's output trays briefly and then return to it's "HOME" position.If it does this successfully (as we hope) you will be ok. What we have just done is told the copier to reset and attempt to function normally. Hopefully you merely had a brief and minor malfunction and all will be reset and all will be good, and that would be the normal outcome of what we just did. However, it IS possible that you have a genuine finisher problem and if that's the case the code will return almost immediately and you have a mechanical problem that will require a screwdriver from someone.That is to say that although I could fix it if I were there, being Canon factory trained, the level of expertise required to diagnose and fix he problem is typically beyond the average person. Message on screen, paper jam, then COBOF

Paper entrance switching motor M1 drive malfunction.For reset turn OFF,then ON the power switch or open and close the side cover or use trouble reset of the initial screen to reset all malfunctions.

.check by replacing main board.or is any code appears by pressing start key .

The C0048 error code not exist.Malfunction resetting procedure:
Turn OFF,then ON the power switch or open and close the side cover for all malfunctions except C05XX codes.
Use Trouble reset of the Initial screen to reset all malfunctions.
To right side the touch panel(screen display)near display contrast button exist a little hole (reset switch).Insert a hairpin to touch the switch.
Enter "3" from the 10-key pad when " * " appears at the center on the left side of the screen while the start up screen being displayed.Touch TROUBLE RESET,and EXIT to go back to the basic screen.

Solution for copier

Your copier does not like your toner cartridge. Make absolutely sure you have the proper cartridge AR-202MT. Or, the countdown chip in your cartridge has reached zero or is malfunctioning. In any case, try a new toner cartridge.
