Re: kenmore he washer
You have a clogged pump. Remove the 3 screw on the bottom of the lower panel. There is a white plastic turn door to the pump that should be staring you in the face, its about 3 inches in diameter. Make sure you have a wet vac or a bunch of towels before you open it. Theres gonna be alot of water. Unscrew the door. If there is a second plastic wall behind it, just pull it straight out. Clean out whatever is in there. Make sure to check the little hole to the right leading into the pump. Make sure nothings in there. Put it back together and you should be good. dave www.washermd.com

Thanks for using FixYa. Error “dlf” or "F dl"means a door
latch failure. This means that you’ll need to replace the door latch assembly
however before doing that you can leave the washer unplugged for 30minutes so
that it resets itself. In the meantime when it’s unplugged just inspect the
door latch wiring to ensure all the connector plugs are intact and not loose or
broken. You can access the door latch wiring harness by removing the top panel
of the washer. To remove the top panel just remove the three screws that hold
the panel in place in the rear of the washer. With the screws removed, the
panel will slide back, and then lift off. Locate the door latch assembly behind
the front panel on the right hand side. Trace all the connectors from the door
latch to the Central Control Unit (CCU) and make sure they are properly seated
at both ends. If after doing this still the issue is not resolved then
unfortunately you have to get the door latch replaced. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved else post a comment for further assistance. Thanks Rylee
does your washer stop on spin cycle some time. your is 4/5 years old?. f dl means door lock system is bad but i don't think so. do you have other error code beside f dl if yes then i think your washer need new main control board.
DL means door lock error. This happens when the door trys to lock 6 times but cant lock.
There a 2 things that create this problem. the door lock mechanism or the CCU ( central control unit )
Replace the door lock mech. first. if this does not fix the problem replace the ccu.
