Go to Control Panel>Device Manager and see if there are any yellow exclamation marks next to any of the devices which would indicate a need for drivers. I can help you more specifically if you post your operating system, computer brand and model. You might also mention if the speakers were just connected and what you mean by "don't show up on computer". I will help with more info so be my eyes and ears :) Steve Medley
