This is for master drawer not responding to green light to be released question.
Try turning ON machine (turn off first) while holding down the reset button. Also a mechanical way is a small hole to insert a pencil, eraser end first, just below green latch area.
Just insert hold in while squeezing release latch. to drawer.
1)You can set the dencity of the riso on the controll panel before you do your masters.
2)Always use original ink.
3)If you are a bit technical you can remove the pressure roller and strip all old ink buildup from it.was it with water ann soap.
If you open the drum and take it out completely,the pressure roller is the black roller inside the machine that put directly pressure on the drum.There is only one screw to loosen and then it hooked out,but it can be tricky to hook it back if you not doing it every day.
1-need to find out if image is on the drum, make a copy and stop it open and look is there toner on the drum itself? yes then the problem is with the Seperation
