Is it asking for the password before or after it boots into windows?

If it's the bios password, there is a jumper that can reset that. It's on the main board, but there are many possible locations for it. Also, it must be jumped and then un jumped with the power off. If you jump the wrong one, or power up with it jumped, you could fry the MB.

If it's a windows password, then you have to reinstall windows from scratch.

Or, you might try asking the original owner...

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

This phones asking me for email and password that was first synched with setup. I know email but I dont know gmail password. I cant get past.

Answered already. So GMAIL. Go to website and click on Forgot Password and see what happens. You would be better setting up a new GMAIL account yourself from the website using a computer and then go to your phone settings for this account you have already and change the email address and password, keeping all the other settings.

I cant get into my account gmail, it keeps asking for a code and then when i dont no onger have that numbe ri cant remember what the last spercific day way i used the month and yr yes not the date i need...

Could you please try writing this being careful to spell the words properly. Write it in your word processor and use spell-check. Then when it's organized copy it through the clipboard into Fixya.com. I don't understand your question as it's written. Gmail doesn't ask for a code. It asks for your Gmail address which is also your Chrome address and then it asks for a password.

" it keeps asking for a code and then when i dont no onger have that numbe ri cant remember what the last spercific day way i used the month and yr yes not the date makes no sense at all.

I cant boot my laptop. it will ask for a paaword before the os starts running

You evidently have a BIOS based password. If you dont know it - whose computer is this anyway??? - you must clear that password. Best way I know to do that is remove the BIOS battery.

Where is it??? (whose computer is this anyway???)

How to fix my cp when the phone memory has a password???????????

If you mean the phone memory is locked with a password, then the only answer is to get the firmware reinstalled. While if you mean the memory card, then format the memory card. You would loose all data but that is a small price to pay for a lost password.

I dont remember password

You will need to log into the Router to recieve either the WEP/WPA/WPA-PSK keys from the routers HTTP:// interface Mind tho MACS dont work very well with WEP they do alot better with WPA format
