Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
Attemping to install a old video game and getting error message that the application configuation is incorrect. What can I do?
You're refering to your "Talonsoft Old alchemy game" post?
If so, here's a copy of my reply to that post.
Right click on the D:/Poppack-setup.exe -> Properties = Compatability Tab.
There should be a box that says "Compatibility Mode" that you need to chek, and then select Win95 and hit OK.
Try installing again.
If it still gives the same error, go back to the tab and go lower than the Compatibility Mode box, to Display settings, and chek "Run in 256 colors" and "Disable Visual Themes"
If it still wont work, please respond. If it gives a different error at any time or a different problem, please respond.
If it works, please rate. :)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
