Question about Toshiba 512MB USB 2.0 High-Speed Flash Drive 512 MB USB Portable (PA1398U1MEMFT) Drive
After formatting toshiba flash drive it is now showing 0 disk space vailable, 0 disk space used.
You can only format these drives in mode FAT16 or FAT32.
Try to format it in FAT32 mode and let Windows choose the default sectors for you. This is the better solution.
As I can see, the operating system recognise your drive that mean the correct driver was loaded.
After a new format whith the correct params if your flash drive shows the same thing 0 disk space 0 disk space used, your drive is DEAD.
It happens if you had unplug your flash drive whithout stoping it by cliking on the icon in the notification window (near the clock), the icon is mini drive whith a green arrow. Allways unplug the USB devices by this because you have the +5 voltage on this connector and if you don't do this an arcking effect happens betwen your device and the connector.
