Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

SOURCE: Unable to download pictures thru Camera Window DC utility.

Skip the use of your software for downloading the camera files.
Buy and use a card reader.
You can download files from the card reader, and use an editor to fix your pictures the way you want.
Save a bunch of time and effort!

Yesterday my card was working fine, it kept telling me that my card was full so i just deleted older pictures.. Now i'm trying to upload pictures and it is telling me i need to format my card but that will...

Yesterday, did you use the computer to delete the older pictures? Don't ever do that. For now, you can use a card reader to download your pictures to your computer. After they are safely downloaded, format the card in the camera and don't let it get that full again.

I can not get my pictures from my camera onto my computer

Hi,

Good day first you'll have to make sure when was the last time it was working fine, probably the updates might cause it . Try to install the new driver for the Digital Camera. If you are working with Winmdows 7 try to check for some updates in this site http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/ for downloads to your camera drivers try this http://www.fujifilm.com/support/download/.
