sorry TO SAY BUT MA BE YOUR PHONE'S INTERNAL SPEAKER MAY NOT WORKING FINE,,,SO TRY ATTENDING THE CALL ON SPEAKER MODE..? IF STILL REAMINS THE SAME...THEN YOU MUST GO A MOBILE REPAIRING SHOP BECAUSE ITS NOT A SOFTWARE PRBLEM ITS HARDWARE PRBLEM..
there's a fault with a wire that connects the screen go to a phone shop and ask them to have a look or you could try it yourself by taking apart your phone and having a look at the wire running from your screen to the headset . :)
When you open a site for the SW for phones, you will have to select your phone there to tell the site that you need SW for SGH F700V. Once that is specified then whatever SW are shown are for your model . You can download and install them. One such site is www.getjar.com.
Remember that not all Java applications will run as they not been written with your model in mind. Hence specifying your phone model is a must.
