The speaker and or audio circuity of your phone is damaged and it barely held till you got your display replaced. Now take the phone to service center , and get it checked and rectified

Probably it won't be usable because the sensors on the screen is corrupted. You need to replace it with a brand new screen.

Brand new Samsung Focus has a cracked (?) screen. Feels fine to touch but looks like cracked lines running diagonally across if you look from the side angle. The display is really messed up. Can this be...

there's a fault with a wire that connects the screen go to a phone shop and ask them to have a look or you could try it yourself by taking apart your phone and having a look at the wire running from your screen to the headset . :)

How to install downloaded java application on SGH F700V

When you open a site for the SW for phones, you will have to select your phone there to tell the site that you need SW for SGH F700V. Once that is specified then whatever SW are shown are for your model . You can download and install them. One such site is www.getjar.com. Remember that not all Java applications will run as they not been written with your model in mind. Hence specifying your phone model is a must.
