Try downloading Samsung PST for the SCH-R410... it might work but you have to have the USB cord. It worked for my Messenger II (SCH-R560)... I have the SCH-R410 with the same issue but I do not have a USB cord. Let me know if it works! My email is [email protected]

Is the phone fully charged? If yes and you can't still power on the phone, it needs service.

The common codes I know are a series, such as 1234, or a combo, like 0000.

try (0000) or (1234), if all else fails try taking your battery off and pushing the pen sized reset button under the battery. :) hope this helps

Try typing in 0000 four zeros that should be the default passcode unless someone has changed it
