I need to know the exact version of ACDSee you are using. After you open a photo with ACDSee and before you try to save, click on Help and About ACDSee and tell me the version number. This will tell me if you have the latest, updated version.

If we can't get ACDSee working on Vista are you interested in suggestions for alternate programs? I have one I much prefer to ACDSee that is easy to use, works great on Vista, and is totally free.

Right click on the start-up icon for ACDsee Pro. You will see a menu box appear that says Compatibility. Check the option to run the program in compatibility mode for an older version of windows. Restart Windows and start ACDsee Pro - should have no more problems

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Repair tool is not working on some photos

I had the same problem.
Scan the negatives in color mode and then convert to b&w in ACDSEE. The repair tool will now work on that negative.

My wife bought me photo explosion several years ago and I used it on my Windows XP. I recently found it again and installed in on my Windows Vista. I can't get it to open up. Thanks , Joe H.

This is because your software version is not compatible with Vista.

Reinstall,
Try using "Windows Vista Compatibility Mode" for the older software, Link . No assurance it will work!

Hope it helps.

License code

Unfortunately on this site we cannot promote illegal usage of products. If you would like the full function of the software you have, I would suggest purchasing it from a store or website, anything else would be illegal and cannot be promoted.

I have a dell with Vista. Photo Shop 6.0 Editor will not open, get a message that Photo Shop Editor is not responding.

Find the Photo shop 6 program on your computer and RIGHT click on it. Choose properties. In the next window, click the "Compatability" tab. In theis window, CHECK "Run this program in compatability mode for:" and choose one of the operating systems from the drop down choices below. If this does not work, you may have to upgrade Photo Shop.
