Click on the Downloads tab and then choose windows xp as your operating system and you can download any of the drivers that you need from that point.

1. The ram you put into your computer man not be compatible with the computer itself. You can find out what kind of memory your computer takes by doing a google search or asking a technician at your local computer store.

2. You may have put too much ram in. www.pcmemorystore.com sells as its largest ram chip for your computer a 512meg stick. This likely means that the most memory your laptop can take is 2x512meg, or 1 gig.

3. The memory may not be correctly seated. Installing memory isn't rocket science, but you have to make sure you have the chips seated properly before trying to boot your machine.

First thing check drivers
START>Computer (right click) select manage>computer management open left click device manager
check no conflict or that drivers are installed

Toshiba a55-s1063 wont read recovery cd. i tried a dvd and it wont read it either this just started today. after running my clean pc.

Possible some of the program files have gone missing. If your recovery is not worrkingg, if your restore point is not working then the OS might have to be reinstalled.

I need to replace the dc jack in my toshiba A55-S1063 (satellite) but i'm not sure of the pin size before i place my order

Your laptop uses a jack already soldered to a cable with socket. Ebay has them for sale for around 33 bucks. All you have to do is strip the laptop down to the board, unplug the socket lift the jack out and plug the new cable in. Below is the item number on ebay, just put this number in the search box and it will show you the part and you can contact the store directly. Good luck.
