Problem for Maytag MFD2560HES Bottom Freezer French Door Refrigerator

Frige and freezer are not cooling!!! Help

My 5 month old May tag MF12568AES-BOTTOM FREEZER-ICELAND that I paid $2599.00 is suddenly not cool, and everything in the freezer has defrosted. The temp on the fridge is set at 40 and the freezer is set at 0 degrees F. I tried unplugging it and plugging it in again to see if it would help, but it didn't. The fridge is showing 67 degrees and the freezer is showing 50 degrees.

Do you hear any buzzing sound for about 10 seconds and then stopping? That would indicate that the compressor is trying to start (and cool the unit) but is not able to. If there's no buzzing or no sound at all it's likely a fan problem or the control board(s) are malfunctioning.

chances are the fan motor has quit have a tech replace it if this is not the problem it could be a sealed system issue or a defrost problem
