i have an acer extensa 5620 and it has crashed. when i restart it and allow it to check disk for problems, it won't go passed 3 percent of the check in stage 1. After that is just says the disk and files are unreadable. the laptop won't boot all the way up after being turned on. what can i do to fix this?
