A common problem on these models is the solenoid that changes the mode from crushed to cubed has frosted over/frozen over. Sometimes this happens if the freezer door is left open. Slide the ice bin out of the freezer section, and notice where the lever on the end of the ice bin goes into what looks like a plastic "square" on the left side of the box. That "square" is the end of the solenoid and it should move freely by hand. It is probably frozen stiff. If this is the case, sometimes you can get away with thawing it out with a hair dryer, but I usually find I have to take theat whole assembly out of the freezer, thaw it out and then dry up the parts, as it sometimes will just re-freeze if you don't get the excessive moisture off the solenoid plunger.
