Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
My son's xbox 360 is only a year old. When he tries to turn it on, it sounds like it is going to come on and then a red ring flashes around the on button and nothing happens.
The 360 was not properly tested before shipped to stores meaning it has alot of problems. It probably over heated(left on over night) which caused the dvd drive to overheat, frying the laser and or more. I suggest returning it to the store, or sell it on ebay and buy a used one. sorry I could help more, but as far as I know fixing this is risky and costly, I would have to say buy a new one or a different console.
