Sir this is due to Hard disk internal problems and you will need to perform PRIMARY HDD test by using BIOS setup wizard.

User Profile Service service failed after factory reset and unable to access troubleshoot services: Windows 10

It seems that your computer is stuck in a boot loop and you are unable to access the troubleshoot services. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
  1. Disconnect all external devices from your computer, except for the keyboard and mouse, and restart the computer.
  2. If that does not work, try to access the Advanced Startup Options by holding down the shift key while clicking on the Restart option in the Start menu.
  3. If you are unable to access the Advanced Startup Options, you can try to create a Windows 10 installation media on a USB drive using another computer and then boot your computer from the USB drive.
  4. Once you are able to access the Advanced Startup Options, you can try using the Startup Repair tool to fix any issues with the boot process.
  5. If that does not work, you can try using the System Restore tool to restore your computer to an earlier point in time when it was working properly.
  6. If none of these steps work, you may need to consider reinstalling Windows on your computer.
It is also possible that there is a hardware issue causing the problem, in which case you may need to take your computer to a professional for repair.

How do i reset a Lenovo Thinkpad T500

Reset could mean one of several things. I assume you know how to simply reboot it. If it is hung you can hold the power button down for about 6 seconds to turn it off.

If you forgot the password, contact Lenovo support at http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/
Provide them with proof of purchase and original receipt to prove ownership of laptop.

If you want to restore factory defaults then installed on the ThinkPad T500 is a program called Rescue and Recovery, which helps you diagnose and fix problems with the Windows operating system. To access this software, reboot your T500 and press the oval-shaped blue ThinkVantage button -- located on the upper-left area of your keyboard -- when the ThinkPad logo appears. When the Rescue and Recovery menu appears, choose the option that describes what you want to do. Follow the directions on the screen to run the appropriate action.

If you need the recovery disks then try

Maybe a crumb under the Fn key. Give it a stab and see. Otherwise go to start-control panel-monitor-adjust brightness. Hope this helps.

Unable to install blue tooth driver for windows 7 in my lenovo 3000 G430 series laptop.as i try to install the driver it gives me error saying no blue tooth device was detected.

Restart the laptop and check the bios. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled.
For Fn-F5 to power on and off the wireless connections on a ThinkPad, you need the Lenovo Power Management Driver installed.

Just a couple of things to check.

ThinkPad Blue Screen of Death

Sometimes the blue screen can be caused by bad memory, but if it is doing it right when you try to sign in every time, it is probably a software corruption in windows. I have solved this problem by doing a repair install of windows xp, I am not sure if is an option on other os, if you google it you will find directions, you boot off the windows install disk and this option saves your programs and data.
