Question about SanDisk Sansa Shaker SDMX9N-512 MP3 Player
We have tried new batteries but everytime we turn it on it makes the noise but then no music will play it worked for us twice and thats it.
Make sure the songs are in the right file format first. I would only download songs that are in mp3 format for starters. If it is still not playing, follow the reset method that the manual suggests. If it is still not working, it may be defective. These "windowless" players are the most difficult to use, because there is no on-screen display to let you know what's going on.
