Question about Canon CanoScan LiDE 30 Flatbed Scanner
I have checked all cables and they are all connedted
I get the same message: "Cannot communicate with scanner. Cable may be disconnected. Check status. Scanner driver will be closed." But I checked and all the cables seem to be okay.
Try plugging the USB connection at the back of you computer. If still didn't work out, delete the old driver install the new one, be sure cables are connected and intact. If still didn't work out bring your scanner to the service center near you
