It is most likely a hardware problem. Try re-booting it. Sure you'll loose all your memory, but at least it will work again. If you go on the manufacturer's website, i am sure it will tell you how to do that.

Hope this helps!

I cant reformat my ibm pentium 4 where can i find the advance bios i press all the functions but icant see the advance bios

Try the below steps and I hope it'll work for you.

1) Shut down the operating system and turn off your computer.
2) Press and hold down the F1 key, and then turn on the computer.
3) When an IBM or other logo is displayed or if you hear repeating beeps, release the F1 key. The IBM BIOS Setup Utility will start.
4) Select "Start Options" from the first menu.
5) From the Start Options menu, press <Enter> on the top bullet labeled "Startup Sequence" (it is above all the other options). This brings up a new "Startup Sequence" menu.
6) Change boot order as needed using arrow keys.

I keep restarting my computer and everytime it came on it shows only F2: Enter BIOS Setup F10: Display Boot Menu

If you're not booting past the POST screen you're getting, then there is a possibility that one or more of your RAM sticks could be faulty. Typically, a surefire way of telling this is to open your machine up and make sure that the Ram is properly seated onto the motherboard. If it isn't, snap it down.
Hope this helps

I was told press F2 simultaneously on startup, nothing happened

You need not to press F2 or tab or escape unless you need to do so. If your system is ok, it'll automatically boot up, but if there's boot up problem with your system, then that's different. Thanks for using FixYa.

Bios post doesn't show at boot up

Try hitting F12 as soon as the computer starts to turn on. This should give you a Boot Selection Menu where you can choose which device to boot from.

To get into the bios, this machine requires you to hit F2 just as it starts to boot.

You do not need to rapidly press it, but do try several times until you get your menu.

Asus m2v won't boot

Press delete to go to setup. In the boot menu tab of the BIOS make sure the correct boot disk is selected, and that hard disk boot has first priority. Also make sure there aren't any bootable disks in the cd/dvd drives that might prevent the computer from booting.
