Question about Primera Technology BRAVO AUTOPRINTER (Open Box)

Primera Bravo CD/DVD printer -- prints blank

Hi, The Bravo CD/DVD label printer used to print the graphics and text correctly. But now it picks up the CD, and the cartridge also moves to do the printing, but nothing gets printed on the CD. It is as if the cartridge is not releasing any ink. We also put in new cartridges thinking ink is over. But that did not help. Any ideas on what we could do before sending it to Primera for repair?

    Thank you gizmo72. We sent the printer to Primera and they said the print head cable is defective. But they did not have a replacement part as the printer is old. So, we were unable to get it fixed.

If you have tried more than one colour cartridge and the problem still persists then the cartridge carriage mechanism has failed and will require replacement. you will need to source a repair agent to repair it for you

Let the printer repair itself. Got to start menu select the printer then select properties. Go to maintenance menu try all the basic testing. If it still didn't work out, delete the previous driver and install it again, then restart and try printing again.

reinstall your drivers disk and look to their website and see if it has drivers that didnt come on your disk for that specific problem, also look to the program you are using to design disk see if its compatible with that printer

The Publisher has a cartridge problem. Check to make certain that the cartridges are installed correctly and that the bar code labels on the underside of the cartridge are not damaged.

Hi i am having trouble printing on the Primera Bravo Pro AutoPrinter. I have checked the ink as well as the alignment but for some reason it won't print. it picks up the disk then the printer hovers over...


If it can print in windows printer settings (puge og alignmemt) i think the printer works.. but is it from shurething or primoDVD .. the problem is..you need to clik the printbox..

I think you need to check it with warranty if it comes with it. Because if it has sometime left with warranty try using that. I do believe that if its problem with parts than its different issue. Check if there is an error showed in the PC when you give orint command does it show any dialogue box with error and what is it? Try uninstalling and using its software remedies which comes with the CD.

Hiya how do i check the inks on my bravo 2 primera


Go into your printer driver; ie. control panel -> printers and right click the CD/DVD printer. Press "Printing Preferences" near the bottom of the Properties window. Click on "Clean/Change cartrdiges & check Ink" and select properties.

My printer will not print text.


Did you try and change the ink cartridge mode from color + black to color, or vice versa? Another thing you can try is to "prime" the ink cartidges by taking them out of the printer and gently pressing on the print nossels to get the ink flowing, then put the cartridges back in the printer.

Bravo Pro will not print the center ring of DVD...


you need to set the inner diameter in the printer preferences or press the options button on the print window from surething label software

Won't output disks to left bin, have tried printer properties without luck


if you are using the Bravo II to burn and or burn and print then you need to turn off the Kiosk mode option in Primo DVD, it has nothing to do with the printer settings unless you are printing only
