No picture, Horizontal line center of screen

Can be a case of vertical collapse. If this is the case, then the vertical oscillator and/or the vertical driver circuit are faulty. .

You can take you problem directly to zenith. They have a customer service post available here

TV blacked out but I can still hear the tv's tube go on and off. What's the problem?

There should be loose solder terminals at the horizontal output section circuit. Check it. Re-solder all the suspected solder terminals by applying little more solder to each of the terminals. If you are not familiar with electronics, do not attempt to repair. Whether you suffer fatal electrical shock! Instead, contact any experienced service technician, or the nearest service center.

something it either the video or horizontal circuits is defective..what you are seeing is the horizontal retrace lines...this problem can be caused by a capacitor that has become defective, or several other components...i suggest taking it to a service shop as this problem in not usually user repairable

Zeneth A25A11D 25' tv has broken cable connector

Sorry, I miss-read this post. I orginally thought it said your cable broke, meaning the coax that went to the back of the TV.
The coax input is more than likely a part of the main board. I am not a tv expert but as with laptops and input modules that break you have to soder the peice on or replace the whole board.
Easier to switch to a/v inputs as mentioned in Solution #1.
I could not find a spec sheet for your model but did find this for you to give you an idea on what is entailed in replacing a broken RF connection. This may or may not apply to your model, but here it is anyway.
I would suggest letting someone who is qualified in TV repair fix it.
Here are the service manuals for your Zenith. Download both and then extract to your desktop for easy access. I downloaded and extracted myself to make sure it was a working copy so you are good to go.

Retrace lines in top of tv...

These lines are cause by defective capacitors in the vertical section of the TV. No adjustment will work unless the capacitors are replace. The values of the capacitors are between 1uF, 10uF or possibly a 47uF.
I do not have the service manual at this moment but you can google it by the model number of your TV.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
