Question about Toshiba Satellite A100-S8111TD Notebook
Hi again and welcome back to FixYa,
Appreciate the direct "Ask Me".
Would initially suggest to clean the memory(/ies). Turn over the laptop, behind one of the panels/lid/cover secured by a screw or two would be the memory modules. Snap them out, use a hard pencil eraser to clean the little gold pins, a dry brush on the memory slots and re-insert the memories back, try again.
Should this be not corrective, it would appear that you have a video driver problem and fails to load correctly. Try booting into "Last known good configuration that worked", otherwise might require re-installing Windows all over again, sorry.
Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa. Happy Holidays.
