Your oven uses a motor lock latch #316028101 around 100 dollars the motor or the linkages to the motor are most likely bad . the control board could be supplying the voltage to the motor is which case the board would be bad if the are no sensors telling it to lock the door If you are not pretty handy with a schematic and a meter I would suggest you call someone. F3 can be a thermal fuse or maybe the wrong resistance on the over sensor
