Question about Televison & Video
Brand new tv wont show the screen after it is turned on. The TV goes to polaroid screen for 2seconds, then goes black. After 10min still black and the power light is solid blue. Is this a problem I can fix or defect? Model polaroid TLX-04244B
Well if the light stays blue , that means its still on ...what you may need to do is go to your menue and select the setup selection and then go to tuning band.....i belive it will be on page 32 of you manual, under customising the setup settings....in order for the tv to start working it needs to be able to scan for channels.....if you are useing a cable company like comcast or direct tv...depending on how you pluged it into the tv ,(like using the input 1 or 2 , s-vidio, cable , ectra,)...you need to push the input button thats on the lower right side of your remote and select the propper input area as to how you hooked up your cable box

It is a manufacturing defect. Mine had it. My advice is to never buy polaroid tvs. but anyway, here is a link on how to fix the problem...
