Their website for parts is still under construction. However, you can contact them by phone 800-474-5587 and if it's still available, you can purchase over the phone. Be advised, you may have to purchase a whole 3-burner manifold (with the control valves already installed).

You need Natural Gas Burner orifices and perhaps, a new manifold.Also, a 12' long rubber quick disconnect hose (that's a Code Requirement) and all the necessary fittings. Contact your local BBQ Galore for the parts you need.

I am guessing this is an LP grill...... it sounds like the regulator has gone bad, purchase a new regulator and hose and put it on the tank...... also, make sure you have gas in the tank.

could be the reg on the tank , not working no flow of gas ,

The new style OPD valves have a small brass ring located in the female fitting on the LP tank. Over time this ring can work loose and then it does not allow the male fitting to fully depress the OPD valve thus reducing your gas flow
Using a small flat bladed screw driver tighten the small brass ring This should solve your problem

You need to change the orifices ... available from your propane supplier along with a little primer on how to install, Im sure.
