My washer wont agitate in regular wash mode but works in delicate

You will need to check the lid switch. its a switch that contacts when the lid door closes and releases contact when opens, try opening and closing the lid repeatedly you should hear a clicking sound like the switch contacting, if you dont hear it the switch might be bad, if you dont know how to fix it get a pro, and have them replace it or bypass it.
the swicth should be located at the back corner of the lid door, under the top panel, or on the side of the lid panel with the lid having a little pin hitting the switch.
