just conect one port of the cable to p c and other to phone.the taskbar of p c will show ur phone motorola razr v3 conected.than just go to my computer.there u will see "removeble disk".this is ur phones memory.just copy the music frm ur p c disk and paste into it.than just remove ur phone and u will get the music in ur phone.just enjoy it.
first you have to install motorola tolls cd you can find with the package of your motorola acsseries like charger headphone etc when you find the cd you put to your pc and install the software it helps to connect your pc and handset ,
that happens mostly with third party chargers..you may want to explore the option of charging your phone using the PC and a USB cable...you may be required to download a software or driver for it ..along with eh motorola phone tool
Be sure you have the software installed correctly, then conect the usb to the computer, browse the motorola software and finally insert the cable to the phone.. it should appear a message that says that is correctly conected.. then u just look up the mp3s you want to add .. to the phone ..and voilaa...
well remember also that the mp3 should be just like 1 or 2 mins long if its not there is no way you can store it in the phone..
