Question about GE (PSS26MSRSS) Side by Side Refrigerator
The top half is not staying cold in the refrigerator and the top of the freezer but the bottom is working fine. if I unplug the unit and plug it back in it usually kicks on for a few hours then the same thing happens. Any solutions
Cold air being heavier than warmer air will settle to the lower levels. Check for fan motor operation inside the freezer section. If the fan is not operating you meed service. Also check for frost on the back wall of the freezer section. If the fan motor does not circulate the air frost will form on the back wall, also if the defrost system is not functioning.
