Our controls were both blinking, but it was because the mattress pad was not COMPLETELY plugged in to the cord. I pushed it in all the way (with it unplugged from wall socket), then when I plugged the cord back in to the socket--no blinking.

I have a heated throw with the p.n. number of 53804-001. says it is 110-120 volts and was assembled in Mexico. I need a power cord for this throw, is it possible to get one. S.Riggs

Our problem was solved by resetting controls as follows (both control knob green lights were blinking) we unplugged electrical cord AND blanket socket. Plug the blanket socket in FIRST then plug electric cord into wall. Hope this helps.
