    Same problem - :S

The same thing has happened to my prima d/washer. It continually beeps and will not carry out a programme. The manual does not mention this but the only thing it says is if the water overflows it automatically turns off the inlet valve and opens the drain. The water has gone but it seems that the inlet valve is no longer open. I cannot see if this can be done manually by me or whether i need a service engineer.

I also have a Prima LPR450 - all lights on, 31 beeps and unable to programme to start washing cycle. It is about 2½yrs old and has only been used occasionally.

I've had this problem a couple of times.. I filled a pan of water, poured it into the bottom, turned it on and made sure the pump was actually pumping.

I then unscrewed the dishwasher from the housing and turned off the water and electric, removed the outlet and gently rocked the dishwasher to try and dislodge anything inside the pipes.

Worked twice now anyway!

Hope this helps :)

What causes continual beeping

With some smoke detectors, this indicates a low battery. Try putting in a new battery and see whether it stops beeping. If it doesn't add a comment to this question and specify the make and model of your smoke detector.

E90 and continual beeping

Hello - I am happy to assist you. However, could the error could possibly be an E9? If so, E9 on an All Refrigerator typically indicates a shorted thermistor. One of the best ways to determine if this is a false error code is to reset the power to the appliance by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for about 30 seconds. If the error code persists, I would recommend connecting with an experienced appliance repair tech to assist further.

Hello,

Sounds like you have a bad door switch. Depending on the age of the fridge, it might still be under warranty. If it's not, then you might be able to access the door switch yourself and pull it out & replace it.

Good luck......

Continual one time beeps intermittent

ahbma2000,

The hearing aids of today are digital and non digital programable. Older standard aids have a squeling problem as well and could sound like a beep. When the aids beep, its for a reason.

First an accoust beep, old or newer instruments could be because the ear piece or mold is not fitting property or your ear has accumulated earwax blocking the sound from entering the canal to the ear drum. Contact your provider to evaluate this.

On the other hand aids do beep to tell you 1) it is time to change the battery and 2) you are changeing from one program to another. Most programables are programed to beep when it first comes on also. Then it quits if all is well and you are hearing as planned. A review of you operating instructions will help to determine which problem you are having.

Thanks for contacting Fixya.com.

replace the entire range: Jennair does not know how to design, make, or program electronics. It makes steel boxes that provide heat but electronics - that's not within their ability. Buy a Kenmore or a GE and your beeping problem will go away.

Power surg

If your machine has suffered a power surge it is likely to have affect the main board or ROM chip (On the mainboard) with symptoms explained. The ROM will make a pattern of beeps but if its continual it will probably be the main board. It will be more than likely not worth repair if out of warranty if it is the main board.

Beep

The Polaroid Fun! Digital 320 camera is programmed to shut off automatically after a few minutes if it is not being used. This helps to conserve battery power. When the camera shuts itself off, it will make a continual beeping sound. To use the camera after it has shut off, simply push the shutter button or self-timer button to take a picture. If you are not going to use your camera, turn the power switch to OFF. The camera will also beep in rapid sequence after you press the self-timer button. The camera will continue to beep in faster sequence until a picture is taken (approximately 10 seconds). A final long beep signals that a picture has been taken. NOTE: It is normal for the camera to beep while downloading photos to a computer.
