First off i would have to ask you if when cleaning the tv do you spray cleaner directly on the set ? as this can cause corrosion on the control pad which would also mess up the remote pick up. second i would recomend you un-plug the set for about 10 min to re-set the tv. third the control panel could have gone bad on you these set's do run rather warm.

Do I reuse 2 batteries for my Umbro chrono watch?

Normally the Umbro Chronograph watches having analog and digital clock works on single battery. When u put the battery inside ur digital is working fine but some times for analog hands do not move due to the loose button which is used to move the watch hands. So pull it out again and insert it agin gently till tick sound comes and u r good to go.

Let me know if ur watch is working successfully:)

I bought a Neff daily black analog watch at Zumiez about a month ago as a present for a friend. the problem is that the minute hand and hour hand do not move... you can move them to set the time but once...

I would take it into a jeweler and they will put a new battery in it for $4. If that fixes it all well and good, if not it cost you 4 bucks to prove it needs to go back under warranty.

I have a Timex Ironman T563719J. The digital clock is working, but the analog portion has stopped. Any ideas?

There are two batteries in the watch. One for the digital watch and the other for the analog watch. The battery for the analog side probably needs changing but when the back is opened, you might as well change both batteries.

I have a Columbia Sportswear Company analog watch. I bought in February of 2008. It recently stopped working. I checked the manual. It appears like the battery needs to be replaced. I have tried to...

I cant seem to find a good pic of this watch anywhere!
Is it one where the leather band goes behind the watch?? You will have to remove the pins (at least one) to get to the back.
I would take to a local jeweler if its more difficult then that.

How do you get the back of the Columbia Sportswear CL7017 off to change the battery?

You can remove it with a pocket knife and it will pop out but the problem will be putting it back and that is only done with pressure that is put under a machine. If you go to a flea mkt they will do it for $5-7.00 for the battery and the cover pressure is free once the battery is changed. So make sure you get a good long time warranty battery so you dont have to change the battery frequently.

This is not common to have two different movements in one watch ( mechanical and electronic).
I'm pretty sure that the analog part is battery driven, so, no need to wind it. You may have the watch with two separate batteries, each one feeding its own movement. Check if you have this version and replace the analog watch battery.
If there is only one battery in watch, then the analog part is faulty or the battery is underpowered.
In this case you will need the help of the watchmaker.
