Question about HP Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook
When you look on My Computer, it doesn't show the drive. Also, when you look at the Device Manager part, it shows the drive with an exclamation point inside a yellow triangle. Whe you click on that, it says: "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" What do I do?
What drive is that? are you refering to an exterenal USB drive? If so, you will probably find that it does not have enough power. try adding an external power supply or a second usb cable.
