Vivicam 3750 error

ok my issue is every time i turn on the cam it says error i cant do anything but go into the menu how do i fix this problem?

You might have error on lens mechanism. Maybe a gear or two is broken in the lens system and when turned on gear is not moving to extend the lens to start position. See if you can jiggle the lens slightly while turning the main switch on. If the gear is lightly damaged, it might catch to right position otherwise need new lens assy for the repair.
