Question about Bugaboo Bee Umbrella Stroller

1 Answer

Bugaboo Bee won't Collapse

It just stopped closing up.  The lever you use to collapse it won't pull up all the way so it's stuck in open.

You have a 2 year warranty so take it back to the shop and ask them for a replacement chassis they should not give you any hassle. If they do go to www.buggypitstop.co.uk and see if they can help you.

My bugaboo bee won't recline, the mechanism seems stuck, when I push the release to lie it back the mechanism gets stuck in the up position and nothing happens. The two white buttons on the side

Hi, When the stroller is open, make sure that both of the green indicators either side of the frame are visible. If not, put your foot on the brake and pull the handle firmly with both hands until the green appears. This will enable you to get access to the seat. If the seat doesn't move still, check at the bottom (where the small of babies back is) to see if the excess seat fabric has become stuck inside. This is usually the main reason for the seat recline not functioning. Hope this helps.

Bugaboo bee pram won't fold - the white button has jammed. How do I releas it?

Not an easy fix the handle unit is all closed in with pop rivets so you need a drill and pop rivet gun just to open it. Try spraying silicon spay in to the inside of the handle where ever can then pull up ******* the release buttons while flexing the joint back and forth.

How do you close the bugabee stroller

Hi,

Sit the seat in the upright postion (if the seat it facing you, push it forward so that this is parallel with the handle bar). Push in the button on the right hand side of the handle bar, then do the same on the left side whilst pulling up the button mount, the pram should then collapse downwards.

I hope this helps.
