Can't find my manual either, but happened upon your question through a google search. Isn't it annoying that some companies don't provide online product manuals? I have a Fuji camera that's no longer made, but the manual is available free, online as a PDF. That's what I call Customer Service.
Anyhow, I'm afraid I don't know what Error 3 is either. The only thing I can tell you is that when my machine got stuck mid-cycle one time, I treated it like a frozen computer. Switched off and unplugged at the mains, left it for a minute, then reconnected and started it again. It was a hunch that the computer circuitry might need to be reset. It worked and I've never had another problem - yet.
There is a blockage in the drainage system or else you need a new pump. The machine is telling you the water is not getting away. Try removing the front filter bung and remove any debris. Switch machine back on and try again. If same error code comes back on the blockage is further in the system. You will need to disconnect machine and turn on side to inspect pump. You can easily remove the drinage pipes and inspect for blockage. Hope this helps.

The delay timer leds flash at any point in the program. they flash 11 times pause then 11 times again repeatedly. If I stop the program and move the selector it will do a bit of whatever i put it on to, then return to the flashing. Sometimes it appears to run the full program but it then flashes 11 times ect when it finishes. Whats wrong with it? Its been a real pain from the start, I have had several problems, but only one whist in garentee. I have a five year parts garentee and am wondering if its worth the £99.50 call out charge or it will be cheaper to fix it. Cheers.
