Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Notebook
I can't play Cds or Dvds on my laptop anymore because it is unable to detect anything. I have tried removing and reinstalling the driver through device manager and that didnt work!
If your Laptop is still covered by the Warranty, then the best bet would be to send it back.
However, if it's not under Warranty, then you could always try and "Flash" the drives firmware. This should set the Drive back to the time it left the Manufacturers Factory. To accomplish this, you'll need to know the exact make and model of the DVD Drive inside your Laptop.
If you can get this information, and post it back here, then I can point you in the right direction as to where you may be able to download the software to flash the drive.
